Question 1

What is the Cappadocia Home Cooking Experience?

Accepted Answer

The Home Cooking Experience invites you into a traditional Cappadocian village kitchen, where you’ll learn to prepare authentic Turkish dishes using fresh, local ingredients — just like the locals do. Guided by warm, experienced home cooks, you’ll cook, eat, and share stories that reflect Cappadocia’s culture, flavors, and hospitality.

Question 2

What can I expect during the class?

Accepted Answer

You’ll then: Pick fresh vegetables and herbs from the garden (when available) Learn to cook four traditional dishes: soup, appetizer, main course, and dessert Enjoy your creations together around a family-style table Share stories, local music, and laughter with your hosts This is more than a cooking class — it’s a window into daily life in Cappadocia.
